David believes California should run with the discipline of a business, the heart of a public servant, and the boldness of a pioneer.

Democrat one-party rule gave California the highest unemployment in America, and the highest rate of poverty. What a devastating record – especially when we also pay the highest taxes in the country. Democrats brag about California being the “world’s fifth largest economy”, and that’s true. But that ignores the fact that over a third of Californians can’t meet their basic needs. It’s a shameful record. And imagine how much bigger and better our economy could be if we weren’t weighed down by high taxes and ridiculous regulation.

It’s time for a completely new approach. To guarantee Great Jobs for our people we need to create a positive business climate so entrepreneurs can easily start and grow businesses here. Right now we have the worst business climate in America, according to an annual survey of Chief Executives – and we’ve been the worst for ten years in a row!

If the name “Zacky” sounds familiar, it’s because Leo is part of the Zacky Farms poultry family. His great grandfather, Samuel, immigrated to California over a century ago in search of the American dream. He and his three sons lived that dream and turned a small chicken business into a huge 90 year California success story. They struck gold in California! 

California is being run into the ground by crooks, cowards, and globalist sellouts.  They’ve taxed us to death, flooded our streets with chaos, and turned our schools into propaganda mills.  Everything they touch gets worse because they don’t care about us.  I’m not here to manage their collapse.  I’m here to blow it up and rebuild it. For We the People.  This campaign is a fight against big government, media lies, and political phonies who’ve sold out the American and Californian Dream.  We are taking it all back. 

For decades there has been a exodus crisis in California due to it’s broken economy, lenient public safety laws, rising housing prices and so much more. As Governor, Ryan Tillman aims to build a better future and bring hope back to Californians. He wants to inspire those that have left California to say “We’re going back to Cali.”

As a husband, father, police officer, business owner, assistant pastor, keynote speaker, and nationally recognized expert in conflict resolution. Ryan Tillman believes the best leaders are those who are still in the trenches—living through the same challenges as the people they’re called to serve. Raised in California, Ryan’s life has been anchored by faith, family, and a heart for service.

Business leader and entrepreneur James Athans has officially declared his candidacy for Governor of California, bringing his bold "Prosperity Zone" vision to the state’s highest office. With a proven track record in real estate, infrastructure, and business innovation, Athans is focused on cutting government red tape, revitalizing local economies, and putting Californians back in control of their financial future.

“California doesn’t have a wealth problem—it has a leadership problem,” said Athans. “We need to clear the way for businesses to thrive, homeowners to prosper, and communities to grow. The Prosperity Zone strategy is about making California the land of opportunity again.”

My vision for California is rooted in three core values:  Supporting Our Communities Strong families and local communities are the backbone of California. I’ll advocate for policies that strengthen education, ensure affordable housing, and improve public safety.  Protecting Our Natural Resources As someone who depends on California’s land and water, I understand how vital they are to our economy and future. I’ll champion sustainable solutions that protect our environment while supporting industries that feed and power our state.  Restoring Opportunity for All California should be a place where anyone willing to work hard can succeed. I’ll fight to cut through red tape, support small businesses, and invest in the infrastructure we need to thrive.  It’s time for leadership that represents all of us, from the bustling cities to the fertile fields. Together, we can make California a beacon of opportunity, innovation, and hope. 

Chad Bianco was born in 1967 at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah, and grew up in a small mining town as the eldest of three boys.  Raised by hardworking parents, he was instilled with the values of integrity, perseverance, and personal responsibility.  These principles shaped his belief that respect is earned through actions, character, and commitment to service. 

In 2018, Riverside County residents elected Bianco as Sheriff to address longstanding issues within the Sheriff’s Department.  At the time, the department was struggling with budget challenges, deputies were leaving due to a lack of support, and relationships with municipal law enforcement agencies were deteriorating.  Upon taking office, Bianco worked to stabilize the department’s finances, increase staffing, and rebuild partnerships with other law enforcement agencies.  Despite unprecedented challenges, including civil unrest and a global pandemic, Bianco led the department decisively and was re-elected in 2022.
